Buchu Leaves , from the Buchu herb, commonly found in the South West region of Cape Colony in Africa. The buchu leaf has oil glands that are useful as an insect repellent and at times as an antiseptic. The oil, when removed from the leaf and mixed in a vinegar base, can be used to soothe bruises and sprains. Severe infections of the urinary tract, gout, digestive problems and rheumatism are among the many ailments that can be cured with the help of the buchu leaf.
Buchu leaf extracts should not be taken on an empty stomach, as they may cause gastric problems due to intolerance. There is no conclusive evidence that it helps in weight loss, and should not be taken at any time during pregnancy.

L-Carnitine , a naturally occurring non-essential amino acid which boosts its own production when combined with Vitamin C. L-Methionine is an essential amino acid, actually an alpha amino acid, furthermore classified as nonpolar. This proteinogenic amino acid is the only one, besides cysteine, which contains sulfur. Methionine serves as an intermediate of phospholipids, such as phosphatidylcholine, but also lecithin, taurine, carnitine and cysteine. If methionine cannot be properly synthesized, the condition can lead to atherosclerosis. While it must be supplied with diet, this amino acid is deemed a powerful antioxidant, believed to be a scavenger of free radicals, and may assist with the breakdown of fats. Sources of L-Methionine include poultry and related products, including eggs, but also other meats, such as beef, cheese and fish. Methionine adenosyltransferase is converting methionine to S-adenosylmethionine, SAM, which in turn is involved in the creation of creatine, epinephrine, melatonin and further substances.

Its use included fighting kidney stones and infections, nephritis, pancreatitis, vaginal diseases, diabetes, where it removes excess sugar from blood, and obesity.
